At Cakesconfectiona, we strive to provide high-quality online music education. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations for our services.
Refund Eligibility
First Lesson Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your first lesson, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the lesson completion. This allows you to try our services risk-free.
Prepaid Packages
For prepaid lesson packages, refunds are available for unused lessons if requested within 30 days of purchase. A prorated refund will be calculated based on lessons already completed.
Subscription Services
Subscription-based services may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed lessons beyond the first session
- Downloaded digital materials and resources
- Lessons missed without proper cancellation notice
- Services requested after the refund eligibility period
Cancellation Policy
Student Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of that lesson.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Instructor Cancellations
If your instructor must cancel a scheduled lesson, you will receive a full refund for that lesson or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@cakesconfectiona.world with your refund request
- Include your order number and reason for the refund
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Package Transfers
If you are unable to continue lessons, you may transfer your remaining lesson credits to another person within 90 days of your last scheduled lesson. Contact us to arrange the transfer.
Technical Issues
If a lesson cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund or credit for that lesson. Technical issues on the student side do not qualify for refunds.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a refund decision, please contact our support team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and will work with you to reach a satisfactory solution.
